Senior Manager IT Operations – Luxembourg

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior manager within our IT function. 

In this role, you will be in charge of the IT operations; IT service providers, IT incidents management including the business contingency planning and any relevant IT projects. 

In addition, you will collaborate with the CISO to support Information security by proposing and adapting policies, supervising and verifying conformance. 

Key responsibilities of the IT Operations Manager are: 

 Maintenance of IT service providers including continuously identifying ways to reduce costs delivering the services and improve service 

 Incident management (monitoring, reporting and communication to stakeholders) 

 Lead and coordinate the Business Contingency planning and testing 

 Actively manage IT compliance; ensure compliance of IT policies 

 Support IT audits (internal, external, regulatory) 

 Setting up and performing regular IT controls, in collaboration with the CISO 

 Coordinate Acceptance Testing (monitoring progress, assignment, creation, performance and documentation of test cases related to our core product) 

Reporting line 

 To the Executive Management 

Requirements 

 Minimum 5 years of experience is a similar role 

 Experience with ITIL, COBIT, EBA Guidelines on ICT Operation and Security Risk Management (CSSF 20_750) 

 English is a must
