MS Office365 and Collaborative Tools Specialist – Luxembourg

Considering the business needs and requirements you will collaborate with stakeholders and develop enterprise solutions leveraging the MS O365 architecture aligned with corporate application governance.

The position is based at the Group Headquarters in Luxembourg and reports to the Application & Software Team Manager.

Job Description:

• Principal mission is to leverage Microsoft O365 applications and other collaborative tools to improve individual and group efficiency and customer service
• Promote and expand the use of MS O365, evaluating the potential benefits of using the different Apps and Addons
• Work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities with existing systems and processes where collaboration tools can greatly improve ways of working across the organization
• Cover both computer and mobile use of MS O365 and collaborative tools
• Propose and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards for use of collaborative tools
• Monitor, develop and maintain technological platform for Intranet
• Communicate often to inform about availability and benefits of apps and tools
• Develop and deliver training on using tools for users and key users
• Respond to user requests and assist in using apps more proficiently
• Maintain a solid dialog with key business stakeholders and other IT functions
• Advise users and IT teams on how to implement business processes using Microsoft O365 tools
• Assist with custom development (e.g. SharePoint Webparts)
• Use low-code approaches to enhance our solutions (e.g. MS Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate))
• Run a platform for advanced users around the globe to exchange knowledge and create synergies
• Identify best practices internally and externally to be shared among users
• Provide in-depth knowledge about MS Teams and help departments structuring their MS Teams setup

• Identify potential opportunities and implement integration of MS 365 apps with other systems (e.g. phone systems, Salesforce, …)
• Implement interoperability between Exchange, HR systems and Intranet


Your Profile:

• A Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline with at least 3+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 / Azure AD
• Strong experience in Digital Workspace Transformation
• Strong knowledge with Microsoft Teams; developing within the Microsoft Teams environment (MS Power Platform)
• Knowledge of Mobile technologies and Operating systems (iOS, Android)
• Knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive
• Must demonstrate a consultative personality and collaborative communication style
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to senior leaders
