Android Software Engineer – Luxembourg

Lancelot is looking for an experienced Android Software Engineer to join the Product Engineering Team on leading edge digital video technology.

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of product development working as part of a team, to deliver high quality products.

Your skills

We are ideally looking for candidates with qualifications in Computer Science or relevant engineering discipline with two or more years’ experience.

 

Knowledge of the following areas is essential for the role:

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

• Strong UI design skills with good attention to detail

• Knowledge of Android SDK, frameworks and development tools

• Experience with Java and Kotlin language

• Understanding of Android design principles and interface guidelines

• Object oriented design and methodologies

• Experience with 3rd party libraries and APIs

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
