Following the establishment of its European HQ in Luxembourg, our client wanted to recruit six candidates equipped with solid electronic commerce experience. These candidates needed strong language skills as well as in-depth knowledge of the European target markets, particularly the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain.

Thanks to our strong relationships with key players in the European e-commerce sector, Lancelot quickly identified potential candidates with the required experience. As a specialised IT-recruitment agency, we made a well-informed initial selection of people willing to move to Luxembourg for this exciting project of creating a new entity. From this carefully chosen list, our team contacted each candidate. We made sure each met the client’s needs regarding experience and the maturity needed to undertake diverse management roles. Lancelot conducted recruitment interviews by telephone, Skype and, when possible, face-to-face in the target countries.
We also helped successful candidates with their moves to Luxembourg. We gave relocation advice including assistance with housing, schooling and administration.
